v  Developing Level I, II, III Schedule and Micro Schedule in Primavera & MS Projects.

v  Calculating Resource requirements like manpower and Plant & Machinery requirements for the Estimation in ITB.

v  Liquidating the Project quantitatively across the duration as per schedule.

v  Micro- scheduling (Level-4) & Plan development for the site for specific locations and specified activity.

·         Planning and schedule preparation for engineering, procurement, construction of Mechanical, Piping and Electrical, Instrumentation activities

·         Responsible for monitoring progress of work and compares with the approved schedule.

·         Daily monitoring the Status of Subsystems and Commissioning Units (ITR’s, DAC’s, MC-01 completion)

Phase II involved an investment of over US$ 1 billion into the construction and enhancement of existing facilities, new gas and liquid processing and gas injection facilities, a workover program consisting of 100 existing wells, a 120 MW power station for the facilities, and laying a new 650 kilometre pipeline to connect the field to the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) system at Atyrau.

The project consists of the “Experimental Phase” (EP) of the field development and includes both on and offshore facilities valued in excess of US$ 36 billion. EP nominal capacity of 450,000 bopd. Program challenges include extreme climate variations, environmental issues, diverse and multi-cultural project team, high H₂S content combined with high pressure in a SIMOPS environment and global work sites for design, fabrication and construction activities.

 Check, reviews and analyzes all Level II project schedule (FEED & EPCm) using Primavera 6 (P6) for various projects prepared by assigned Controls Engineer for Service Proposal and Level VI schedule upon receipt of Service Order (SO) from the Client for implementation.  Check & reviews Cost Time & Resources (CTR) prepared by assigned Control Engineer prior to submission to Client.  Check & reviews Progress Measurement Unit (PMU) for each projects.  Participates in the Technical / Commercial Bid Evaluation (TBE/CBE) of the Bidders for various projects.
