1. Planning & coordination of prestigious `Urea Piping Project`of Nagarjuna Fertilizer under the major EPC contractor, Snamprogetti S.p.a., Italy.

2. Project scheduling & monitoring of progress using `S-Curve`, Bar Chart, Histogram etc.

3. Billing, realisation of bills, extra claims & contractual matters.

4. Maintaining material status.

5. Monitoring of work front available.

6. Preparation of project progress report for Snamprogetti S.p.a. & Head Office.

7. Expedition of all technical discrepancies with Snamprogetti.

•     Alteration & Addition to the Existing Structure, Tank Mill Morarji Mill Compound, Commercial – B + G + 2 Floor.



RESPONSIBLE FOR:     Supervision & control of allocated site construction activities.

     Site management and supervision of specific allocated sections of the project as delegated by the Project Engineer / Management.

RESPONSIBLE FOR:     Project Scheduling, Progress Monitoring & Reporting

JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES:



     Monthly progress reports for Company and the Consultant / Employer.



     Compilation of daily and weekly reports for submission to the Consultant in co-ordination with the Project Manager/Project Engineer.
