I worked as Deputy Project Coordinator and was primarily responsible for project coordination, and business development activities of the Company for the northern zone of India, which included tendering & estimation, planning, monitoring and progress reporting work for the large scale industrial projects executed by the company.
KLG were the sole representatives of PRIMAVERA in India and provided training and consultancy to large Organizations in the field of project management.
I worked as Manager - Project Management with the company and was deputed to I.R.C.O.N. INTERNATIONAL LTD., New Delhi as a consultant to establish systems to plan & monitor their large scale infrastructure projects using Primavera such as “Electrification of Delhi Metro Corridor” of approx. cost Rs. 2500 million and “Jammu & Kashmir Rail Link Project" of approx. cost Rs. Rs. 10,560 million.
I worked as Manager - Project Controls with the company and was deputed to RELIANCE ENERGY LTD., Noida as a consultant to establish systems to plan & monitor their large scale power projects such as “Delhi Electricity Distribution Schemes ", of approx. cost Rs. 25000 million & “Uttar Pradesh Rural Electrification” of approx. cost Rs. 7850 million. Responsibility also included imparting knowledge of project management using Primavera to their staff.
I worked as Project Controls Engineer on ASAB Gas Development II Project at Abu Dhabi of approx. cost US$12.4 million. I was responsible for the development & maintenance of project schedules, progress monitoring, evaluation and performance analysis of the work for all the engineering disciplines and procurement.
