Integration of Project Schedule for all Structural works, piping works and progress monitoring,

Preparation of various Schedules, (Staff, Machinery, Labour, Specialized Agencies, Material).

Contract Review.

Review of drawing and issue of drawings for site works

Preparation of MIS reports and updating the EIP of the organization.

Preparation & Updation of Management Planning and Control Systems



Achievements:

Project : Essar Refinery Project :UNIT DHDS(Diesel Hydro De-sulphurisation)



Creating project schedules for DHDS (Diesel Hydro De-Sulphurisation).

Analysis of construction schedules with respect to WBS i.e. Civil, Piping, Mechanical, Equipment Erection, Electrical, Instrumentation, Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning.

Setup of the project physical progress measurement system and reports

Update the EPCC schedules on a weekly and monthly basis using P3.

Prepared and issued management reports such as resource utilization reports & overall refinery progress.
