Planning ,Monitoring & controlling ,Laisoning with client, consultant & contractor

Worked with KSHI JV ( Kumagai Skanska HCC & Itochu )as Planning Manager on their Delhi Metro Rail Project . The Project comprises of construction of Underground Delhi Metro Rail Project from ISBT to VishvaVidhyalaya ( 4.10 Kms) under Cut & Cover (Tunnel Protion 3 kms ) and Station Building .



My main responsibility were



Development of Project Plan on Primavera P3 (Ver 3.1)

Worked with Shapoorji Pallonji & Co. on their Hotel Grand Hyatt Site Delhi

Worked with Tarapore & Co. at their TELCO, Lucknow Project. I was the in-charge of their Paint shop & Body Shop Construction works . Since September 1998 I was the Planning In charge of their JOJOBERA POWER PROJECT Jamshedpur.

Worked with Punj Lloyd Limited as Senior Planning Engineer at their DABHOL LNG REGASSIFICATION PROJECT . The Project comprises of construction of 3 LNG tanks ( 80 mtrs diameter and 40 mtrs height)along with Process Area . I was Chief Planner at Dabhol Site and was dealing with Skanska , Lingtec and DPC . I was assisted by a team of Engineers and my main responsibility were

     

Planning , Scheduling , Controlling and Co ordination of Manpower , Material & Equipment . Working on Primavera , Oracle Purchasing & Oracle Inventory.

Worked as Project Chief Engineer for HCC LAVASA Project . This is basically a Hill City development project wherein all the aspects of Civil Engineering is encountered , i.e Dam ,Roads , Buildings , Water Treatment Plant , Sewage treatment Plant , Hotel , etc. Main responsibilities were Planning , Controlling ,Budgeting, Monitoring of works , Subcontract finalisation , Sub contractor and Client Billing etc.

Worked as Technical Assistant to Sr. Vice President (Construction Head) . My main responsibilities was coordinating with various sites for smooth and timely completion of project, Project Budget evaluation , Project Management – Planning , Monitoring and Controlling of various projects .Specifically looked after Gosikhurd Spillway Project , LAVASA Project , GLIS 1 & 2 ( Lift Irrigation Project ) , Kalol Mehsana Pipeline Project , Allahabad Bye Pass Road project etc etc .

Worked with Reliance Retail DGM (Planning) in their RealEstate and Infrastructure division & attached to CDIT ( Consumer Durables , IT and Telecom Department) . Looking after Programme Management of New Store i.e Planning, Controling, Monitoring, Integrating & Co ordinating new store construction & fitout project. Project Management of the Store construction i.e Planning , Monitoring and Controlling as well as Value Engineering forms integral part of my responsibility.

Working with Petron as Head Project Management. Petron is majorly into Industrial Buildings ,Refineries , Cement Plants, Power Projects , flyovers etc. I am responsible for Planning , Budgeting Monitoring & Controlling of all the projects under execution/to be execute by Petron Civil.
