Nueva Fuerabamba Project consist is the construction of 441 houses and 15 Non-Residential buildings for the Community of Fuerabamba in Peru. The community is living on and the surroundings areas of the mine of Las Bambas Project.

Las Bambas comprises a 140,000 tpd copper concentrator and associated infrastructure. The project is located in Peru approximately 70 km SW of Cusco and at 4,300 masl.

My mayor job duties are the following;

-  Support the PCM in cost related issues.

Memeber of the Board of Directors, AACE International Peru' Chapter. The authority in total cost management

Develop Detailed Schedule Baseline for Engineering and Procurement Services
Reporting weekly, monthly and update the schedule
Identify constrains, delays, evaluation of impact, forecasting on the baseline schedule
Monthly update of EPCM schedule, coordination of interactive planning session
Mentor of other co works and coordinate the calculate of progress of all project
Evaluate progress of subcontractor of structural steel erection, mechanical erection and piping.
Evaluate the acceleration schedule to comply the client’s requirements.
Perform 3 week look ahead, 90 days look ahead.
