I have been working on project management from more than 20 years in both side of the booth.
Actually, I am working with so-called "megaprojects" and I am really interested on it.
· Development of schedules for the overall program and on project basis
· Preparation of detailed critical path schedules
· Interface management between the design teams, the construction teams, the supply contractors for both projects and Operations Stakeholders
My international work includes Minas Rio mine in Brazil in the programme management office; and the engineering R&D of largest offshore wind turbines in Denmark.
