Ensure project schedule is continually monitored, updated and reported against including forecasts and comparisons against baselines

Assigned to the ZeroGen Pre-feasibility study team, responsible for the development of the Project Master Schedule, development and monitoring of the project baseline schedule, development of project work breakdown structure, assist with development of cost reporting system and procedures, monthly progress and performance reporting.

Senior Planning Engineer on Northern Pipeline Inter-connector component of SRWP. Responsible for the development of the project master schedule integrating design, procurement, land acquisition and construction disciplines throughout the preparation of the project Target Outurn Cost submission phase and subsequent site construction.

Preparation of Project Master Schedule for feasibility study of coal mine expansion project, project execution planning, preparation of pricing schedules, participation in bid reviews and analysis of cost data for inclusion in study estimate.

Participation in the development and preparation of project implementation strategies to ensure that site works construction activities comply with the overall project master schedule. Provide technical direction to constructors implementing detail planning and scheduling for site construction works. Completion of regular construction status updates and reports covering both schedule achievement and progress on site. This required the establishment, maintenance and reporting of the construction progress curve and key milestones.

Co-ordination and maintenance of cost forecast revisions for assigned portion of project scope including implementation within project cost management and forecasting system, identify and allocate budget to scope packages, preparation of cost estimates, trend register, cost, commitment and forecast reports, input to project Monthly Cost Reports and Cash-flow forecasts.

Preparation of valuations, cost analysis for Project Monthly Report to Branch, co-ordination of procedures for monthly cost review and forecasting, maintain Project work breakdown structure and implement within the cost management and forecasting system, preparation of monthly progress claim, assist administration of subcontracts, cash-flow forecasts.
