Convert sales department notes into statements of requirements for in-house engineering teams and third party suppliers to construct or configure.  Ensured delivery dates were met and coordinated workarounds as required. 

In my own business I created online presences (websites, blogs, newsletters etc).  While most were straightforward websites, a few clients wanted project management and a schedule they could track and a closely monitored budget. 

Predominantly sales support, procurement and project coordination.  Created a short course for computer engineers to raise the profile of project maangement concepts in an effort to counteract ongoing scope-creep issues.

Scheduling for major client implementations and resource deployment reporting.  Constructed a system to accept Consultant timesheets to inform invoicing and monitor resource workload.

My engagement at Telstra (as a Terra Firma Senior Business Consultant) has involved rebuilding the existing MS Project schedule  using 'maps' drawn in MS Visio to visually represent the task dependencies.  While maintaining the schedule I've also worked on project financials to ensure compliance with NBN contracts.

Within Terra Firma I received intensive training enabling me to deliver MS Project training to other staff members.  I have also updated the training materials under the supervision of the Senior Project Controls Lead.    

Project planning and cost control of multiple small scale brownfield EPC projects (up to $5 million) across ExxonMobil's PNG assets, from project setup/initiation through to EPC execution complete and close-out.

Project planning and cost control support for the brownfield EPC scope of ExxonMobil's KTT Project during the construction, commissioning/completions and close-out phases of Marlin Complex and West Tuna Platform/Kipper Subsea Facility tie-ins in Bass Strait, Victoria.
