 Engaged as the Forensic Delay Analysis Programme Manager on the new Royal Adelaide Hospital project to provide advice, counsel and support on major design.construction, fit out and commissioning project plans to avoid delays and to develop and establish mitigation policies to prevent delays to the project.

Setting up and running the planning and scheduling for the entire company using Primavera P3 5.0.

Initially in South Australia but worked to incorporate the whole area of the business in Qld, NSW and Vic.

Site planning for these 3 major construction projects.

Tenders and negotiated planning & procurement schedules from concept design through to procurement and construction projects. Establishing a training programme for site managers, graduates and foreman in project planning . Teaching Primavera P3 & Suretrak and planning software. Reviewing and implementing change in planning culture. 

Responsible for all tender and construction planning for building & civil engineering projects, including:

• State Library redevelopment
• Allegra Hotel
• Big W Major Distribution Centre, Monarto
• Netball Stadium, Mile End, SA

• Adelaide Convention Centre
• SACA Eastern stands and Western stands
