<em>Frank Parth, MS, MSSM, MBA, PMP</em> is the President of Project Auditors LLC and have 35 years experience in project and program management. I had my first career in the aerospace industry, ending as the assistant technical director in the Integration Offices of a $12 billion satellite program for the USAF.
Garth has over 12 years of experience in municipal, commercial, industrial, and governmental energy projects. Most of these have been infrastructure energy efficiency upgrades, along with construction of one cogeneration power plant from the ground up. His background includes construction management, critical path method scheduling, and measurement & verification (M&V).
Oversee the installation of energy efficient building infrastructure upgrades at three Department of Veterans Affairs project sites, primarily a lighting upgrade at LAACC VA Outpatient Clinic.
