Responsible for overall Planning and Scheduling of various large electrical construction projects. Originated in-house scheduling capabilities including conception, recommendations, implementation, and maintenance of Critical Path Method scheduling capabilities for entire company enterprise. Created and implemented standardized Work Breakdown Structure to be used on all projects. Successfully transitioned from using Primavera P3 to Primavera P6 for both client and web based scheduling applications.
