As the project controls specialist for the engineering group at my paper mill, I am responsible for cost controls and scheduling for our capital projects portfolio.

Assist proposal teams by creating IMS and IMP Products for ongoing proposal

Project Controls Specialist - the USAF ESC project in Taiwan, PB was subcontractor to prime, Raytheon.

PMO Office - included report presentation to Program manager, VP Contracts,  Commercial Manager and direct report to Business Manager and Commercial Manager for program.

Project Support:

Responsible for overall Planning and Scheduling of various large electrical construction projects. Originated in-house scheduling capabilities including conception, recommendations, implementation, and maintenance of Critical Path Method scheduling capabilities for entire company enterprise. Created and implemented standardized Work Breakdown Structure to be used on all projects. Successfully transitioned from using Primavera P3 to Primavera P6 for both client and web based scheduling applications.
