Duties: Responsible for overall planning and coordination of scheduling department. Performed presentations of scheduling and cost control capabilities to prospective clients and in house personnel.

Responsible for development, updating and analysis of various schedules for the design and implementation of software development type projects. This includes development of standard work breakdown structures, resource loading, actual tracking of resources against the plan and earned value reports. Also responsible for budget and cost control information. Also responsible for initial set-up of company PC’s, diagnostics, repairs and installation of various software packages.

Responsible for development, updating and analysis of various schedules for the Design, procurement and construction as part of the retrofit and expansion of an existing Municipal waste to energy facility for the City of Harrisburg ($110 million). Also responsible for Cost Control and estimating as well as part time Contract Administration. This includes schedules, various Cost reports, Detailed Budget Estimates and development of specifications.

Partner with existing project teams to facilitate a standardized PMO approach to planning, scheduling and monitoring projects performance. Improve the bottom line, reducing risk and drive value-based process advancements.

-       Implement projects plans that incorporate best practices for scope, critical path, milestones and baseline adherence to effectively communicating the projects progress.

Develop schedules for EPC projects in commercial and civil construction including WBS and resource-loading. Evaluate actual construction progress using CPM and maintain regular schedule updates. Create and maintain schedules in Primavera P6 R15.2 software in a multi-user environment. Conduct field visits to review project status for schedule updates. Perform Earned Value metrics, and provide S-curves and histograms.
