This $250M project was fast tracked with a very detailed schedule. Over 12,000 activities were necessary to document design, pre-construction, long lead procurement items, the construction of over 500,000 sf of Fab space and the commissioning of approximately 900 systems and pieces of equipment. I'm a project and quality control manager for a small electrical contracting firm. Our primary focus is on government contracts. The scheduling requirements for most of the projects we are awarded are quite stringent. I'm a novice user of Suretrak 3.0c and just recently purchased Primavera P6 Version 7. Hopefully I can become proficient enough with the program to fill our company's scheduling needs without having to contract outside sources.
