Responsibilities include setting company scheduling standards, directly managing a small group of senior schedulers, leading scheduling efforts on major pursuits, providing scheduling and claims related direction on key projects and indirectly offering guidance to over 40 schedulers nationwide.
I have 45 years of construction management experience working for both owners and contractors. In 1972 I started as a pen and ink draftsman. In 1974 through 1985 I served as an office engineer and construction inspector. In 1986 I became a project manager for inspection services. In 1995 through 1999 I worked as a project manager for both prime and sub contractors.
