I worked as inspector, performing schedule reviews and claim analysis for MD SHA District 3 in District office. I also prepared draft responses to contractors for client's use.

We provide construction scheduling review services to Government owners, primarily. We also provide claim preparation and claim defense services to owners, lawyers, and contractors.
I served as Office Engineer and Construction Inspector on Patapsco Wastewater Treatment Plant expansion program, worth $100 million plus. Program consisted of expansion of wastewater treatment facilioty to 70 mgd. Maintained field records for inspection and equipment documentation. Inspected offsite utility contract and onsite pile-driving operations.
I served as Senior Scheduler for Arcadis on a Water and Wastewater contract for the City of Baltimore, MD. Projects under this contract included $200 million plus contracts at the Patapsco Wastewater Treatment Plant and Back River Wastewater Treatment Plant, and various wastewater sewer replacement projects throughout the City. I performed initial and update schedule reviews, including cost and resource loaded schedules. I performed several Time Impact analyses for these projects.
