Senior lead scheduler responsible for setting up the revised project controls program management for Roche Diagnostics. The revised re-baseline schedule and project control processes for the Roche projects in Fishers, IN, San Jose, CA, and San Francisco, CA in coordination with the construction managers for projects. This includes managing the development of work products developed by internal and external consultants and engineers for completeness, correctness, and consistency within the authorized work scope.

Over an 8 year period, OnTrack implemented P6 as a standard tool to help schedule all projects big and small. We assisted on multiple Turnarounds and Capital Improvement projects. We created procedures manuals and training curriculum for all area schedulers.
