  April 2011 – November 2011 Sulfur B-Train TA Manager– 2.0MM

Project Controls Manager, Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, Goethals Bridge PPP, Elizabeth, NJ.

The project involves designing a replacement for an existing 1.2-mile-long toll bridge over the Arthur Kill Waterway between the cities of Elizabeth, New Jersey, and Staten Island, New York, providing a critical link between New Jersey Turnpike Routes 1 and 9 to the west and the Staten Island Expressway, Brooklyn, and Long Island to the east.

Developing and managing Project Controls functions for $80M Lump sum Job.

Main Achievements

·        Studied construction process of strip mall while assisting Professor on his research by developing schedules using Primavera (P6) and MS Project and to identify pros and cons of using both software’s on construction projects.

·        Monitored and updated construction activities for the strip mall by tracking daily and weekly progress.

GIS Central Project Management Office (CPMO)

Joined the team having previous working experience and Masters level course work in Project planning and scheduling using Primavera (P6) and MS Project.

Main Achievements

·        Served as an integral part of GIS project management team by creating, maintaining and controlling multiple Project Plans using Primavera.

Global Supply Network Division PMO

Joined the newly formed PMO team after gaining more than one year of experience as project coordinator to support project managers and enforcing GSND PMO processes and policies across all projects and ensuring all deliverables for supported projects are delivered in a timely manner by managing project schedules, scope, risks and issues.
