Upon joining the project, OnTrack was tasked with rebuilding the schedule WBS, validating activities, and clarifying the project controls reporting process. After successfully establishing a new project baseline schedule, OnTrack conducted weekly scheduling meetings for both the CM and subcontractors, and developed “What-If” schedules to analyze workaround scenarios on this fast track project.
