Senior Scheduler of USA Veterans Administration Electronic Health Records Modernization project.

Responsible for leading the planning and deployment of methods, practices and resources through senior coaches and business practitioners to achieve performance excellence vision within National Grid US business unit. Providing guidance in the development of broad business capability, implementation of performance hubs and execution of high impact Blueprint projects to maximize attainment of business objectives and ensure sustainability over time.

I was brought to the construction management team, near the end of the project, to implement the missing project controls structure required of a $300 million project.

Iwas brought in to establish a means of better managing resources and tracking cost in the engineering environment. This enabled CRA to optimize their resources and accurately view their resource availability and allocation for future work.

While at Turner I had the opportunity to become very diverse in my scheduling experience. My time there has allowed me to work on everything from maintenance and turnaround programs to large construction projects.

My experiences at Turner allowed me to work in the Oil and Gas, Pharma, Petrochem, and Energy industries for several clients across the Gulf South.
