I am a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Project Control Manager and Engineer from the energy and oil and gas industry with more than 14 years of experience in project control positions for top companies in Latin America. I focus on improving planning, scheduling and cost process as well as resource management for the companies I’ve worked for.
Main Planner and Controller for the construction of two desulphurization units and two amine regeneration units-PEMEX Clean Fuel (ULSG) Project (EPCC contract) with a core role for the design, establishment and management of a planning and progress control system. Responsibilities include:
Direct and manage the planning department for the construction of a combined cycle power plant (EPC project) for CFE expecting to generate 625MW. Project cost: $426m. Head and coordinate, in a joint venture environment, the plans and actions to monitor and control all the factors that might affect the master schedule of the first project of the company in Mexico.
Worked for the Home Office in Mexico organizing key issues in Invoicing, Control and Monitoring Supplier cost, Monitoring Employee Expenses, Planning and control of Company’s Indirect Costs. 
Along with the General Manager in Administration, we place a series of Controls and set forth Procedures to align Mexico’s structure to our Home Office.
Task under my control were:
- Treasury / Planning of Indirect Cost for offices in Mexico
The Management of ISI Solutions found more useful if I change position to Operations to assist the Operations Manager (Angel Vazquez Diaz) to reorganize the department.
My principal roles were concentrated into two mayor areas; Planning and Monitor Costs.
