   Duties & Responsibilities:

·         Maintain the current and baseline schedule and analyze the effect of proposed changes.

·         Maintain critical path diagrams and computer analysis of program to ensure project target dates are met.

   Duties & Responsibilities:

·         Assigned as Senior Civil Engineer with special task on handling various position such as Structural Tower Engineer, Planning/Scheduling, Contract Engineer & QA/AC Engineer for various projects.

Project management of The Sail Tower project, (67 storey) client AMIAS Holding, $ 500 m.

·         Planning, scheduling control and approval of Main Contractor, monitoring programme to enable completion of projects on time.

Job Purpose: 

-Meet Zamil Group obligations to clients with respect to delivery and construction of the project as per signed contract. 

-Prepare general planning schedule encompassing cost, resources, engineering, and construction sequence.
