I am a Civil Engineer and working construction industry in Riyadh KSA from last 7 year.
I'm new comer in PP feild and just yesterday get my completion certificate of 21 hrs training couse of Advanced Projct Management using Oracle Primavera P6 Rel 15.1.
· Establishing a schedule development process to develop a project schedule that includes the entire project scope of work, client requirements, schedule hierarchy, division of responsibility, schedule review, approval requirements, and distribution.
· Developing a master project schedule, identifying major milestones to achieve the project completion date.
•I have more than Fifteen years’ experience as a civil engineer most of them purely in Contracts Management , Projects Planning, Monitoring & Controlling processes . •My experiences are in high rise and large scale(mega projects) , fast track projects ,design and build projects in KSA, UAE, including High rise Residential , Offices &Retails ,Airports , Sports Facilities and Monorail Systems .
•I have Fifteen years’ experience as a civil engineer most of them purely in Contracts Management , Projects Planning, Monitoring & Controlling processes .

- Preparing, editing & providing WBS skeleton of the main time schedule.
- Scheduling the required drawings and materials for approval.
- Management of purchase orders and materials supply process.
- Management & Co-ordination of sub-contractors contracts.
- Providing weekly updates of the schedule.
- Preparing weekly, bi-weekly and monthly reports.
