▪ The development of the project schedule according to the commercial needs.
▪ Perform a variety of cost engineering functions including cost control, budget preparations, projected cash
flow, forecasting, and cost reporting under limited supervision.
▪ Review project man-hours and the allocation of man-hours, labors cost, material purchasing in conjunction
with the planning team on weekly basis.

Key Responsibilities:
· Managed the design & development of Residential high rise building consists of 29 + towers of 18 floors.
· Provided Leadership and Management expertise for the design team of Architects and Engineers.
· Coordinated with International Master Planners “Ganti & Guren” Associates” from California, USA, CPG Consultants India, Venkatraman associates, Bangalore India.
· Participating in tenders prices analysis and negotiations for various materials.
· Auditing for contractors and letters of award for different work packages.
· Prepare and reviewing projects program plans, construction methodologies of construction and coordination with site management.
· Creating & Maintaining a Schedule model to reflect realistic progress of the Project
· Developed Primavera Schedule with resource (Labor & Material) loading, leveling to calculate manpower & material requirement in time phase in concern with Engineering, Procurement and Construction Team
