Responsibilities and tasks:
Prepare Construction schedule based on the WBS agreed with Project Group and Discipline Coordinators
Assist the Discipline Coordinators in identifying and scheduling in detail the operations required for Project execution and completion
Request, collect and analyse, with the cooperation of the Project Group, the man-hours estimate for the Project and the resource plan prepared by the various departments.

Ø Making Master Plan on Primavera P6 with coordination with estimation and execution Team
Ø Manpower Histogram acording to needs of project in peak time.
Ø Making 2,3,4 Weeks LookAhead to monitor progress.
Ø Updating daily progress to Mangerment by getting site feedback.
Ø Submitting Weekly reports to Client.
