Project Planner - GHD GLOBAL PTY LTD, Doha, Qatar - 

Worked for a short term as Project Planner for the Cultural Village Phase III Development project – Urban, landscape, infrastructure, and detailed design of 237 luxury villas in Doha, Qatar. The unique concept designs for the villas were developed by nine offices of the company located in different geographical locations.  The job involved extensive coordination and use of project control methods during a crucial stage of the project.

Alfon is responsible for the scheduling management of projects within his team. Alfon’s experience in the Middle East has seen him involved in large scale iconic developments throughout the Gulf region and he has applied international practice codes from the USA, the UK and the Middle East. Alfon has high level experience working with various software packages such as Primavera P6.2 and MS Project.
