Providing EOT claim with more than 500 million QR value. Participating in the preparation of the as-built schedule and the forensic analysis developed for the claim of the Catering Facility project in New Doha International Airport. Using both time impact, and observational open period anlsysis methods.

• Managed a team of 180 staff including Engineers, technicians and un-skilled workers for the electrical installation and the MEP installation works in the electrical substation projects. Succeeded in building and maintaining a motivated team to achieve the project objective.
