Project: Abu Hamour Surface & Ground Water Drainage Tunnel Phase 1, was design and construction of 9.5 kilometre long and 3.7 meter pre-cast segment lined inside diameter, storm water conveyance tunnel. The project also included 24 deep access shafts and their adit-tunnel connections for Qatar Public Work Authority (ASHGHAL).

 Performs control of all relevant engineering documentation from conceptual to closeout as well as provision of planning and cost reports.

·         Prepares various technical reports as required during the design process.

q   Establishing and maintaining the Integrated Project Master Schedule

q   Integrating the Baseline Schedules from all Project stakeholders

q  Issuing and updating the Integrated Control Schedule

q  Progress Monitoring and Measurement

q  Project Progress Measurement (baseline versus actual versus forecast)

 -  Prepares baseline program with coordination from technical and project manager.

 -  Prepares manpower/equipment histogram and progress s-curve.

 -  Direct & supervise junior planners in preparing progress monitoring/reports.

 -  Prepares schedule impact analysis.

 -  Prepares contractual progress report.
