Ø  Preparation of  work package for  the project phase , with cash flow & manpower histogram and manage the project control operations throughout until the completion of the project

Ø  Monitoring the project with respect to budgeted cost, as built plans , time over runs based on various analytical tools e.g Critical Path Analysis

Preparing  Schedules, Manpower Histogram, Progress S Curve & Cash flow for Tenders.

W        Managed the construction of the project in accordance with the contract in the most effective, efficient and profitable manner taking particular care of client requirements and company’s sub-contractors, and suppliers’ interest, and leading the site staff to form a cohesive unit.

My responsibilities in this project include preparation of baseline program based on BOQ, Design Drawings and Specifications. Update of project schedule, monitoring of project progress at site, attend risk and progress meetings, preparation of project weekly & monthly reports, attend lessons learned meetings, manage subcontractor schedule and schedule updates, preparation of extension of time claims and participate in technical meeting, prepare and update issue logs. Generate acceleration schedule to mitigate delay and slippages.

During my time as Sr. Planning Engineer for the College of Technology project from concept design phase

thru project construction close out phase. Responsibility included managing programmes from designer and

construction contractors, tender process for all bid packages, analyzing and generating various reports,

contractors claim analysis, maintaining risk register, tracking long lead items / conducting procurement

meeting, and updating risk register. This project was initiated by the Qatar Government, which is now known

as CNA‐Q campus.

Senior Planning Engineer for the Al Shaqab Equestrian Facility project, Education City Projects interfacing with clients, design consultants, and Contractors, and other KEO divisions on ongoing projects. Responsibility also included analyzing and generating various reports, contractors claim analysis, updating risk register and conducting risk assessment meetings, conducting procurement meeting and preparing and for the project.
