Project: Construction of 4nos cone roof tank and 4nos dome roof tank as per API 650 insideQatargas Plant (Brown Field) for WRR ( Waste Water Recycle and Reduction Project) at RLIC ( Ras Laffan Industrial City), Qatar.Major Responsibilities:To provide a safe working environment with Zero Accident.Implementing safety at all hazards workplace like confined space, excavations, scaffolds, work at height, rigging and handling of compressed gas cylinders etc.Conducting toolbox talks and safety induction to workers, safety meetings to employees.

Project Planning, Monitoring and Controlling.

Primavera P6 Scheduling, Preparing Extension of Time, Delay Analysis.

• MMHKT is the main Contractor for the construction of Doha Metro Rail Project • Assigned in the development of stations and stabling yard integration programme – Civil construction, tracks & 3^rd rail, equipment installation, commissioning and hand-over. • Apply mixed approaches to project development thereby allowing for a more organized monitoring and control. • Review contract documents for each sub-contractors’ package, evaluate risk on the activities, and advise the Engineering/ Project Manager of any deficiency and mitigation approaches.

 • Preparation of Interim Payment Certificates and Invoices for the Lump Sum, Cost Plus, Re-measure, and Joint ventureProjects by collecting all the relevant supporting documents for the submission to Client.

• Responsible for study of BOQ and preparation of Breakdowns to evaluate the monthly work progress in site during Project Execution.

• Preparation of monthly work Progress and Cash Flow Reports of each project and providing histograms to know the current status of each Project.

Planning & Scheuduling of brown field project and maintenance. Variety of tools experience for same.

Working as MEP Planning Engineer.

Involves in Planning & Controlling Activities.

Working for Claims.

Worked as a Junior Planning Engineer.

Initial year mostly involved in the Montoring,Controlling and Reporting processes.

Had to take over the Whole project at a point for all the planning duties.

Worked for Extension of Time claims.
