Planning, Scheduling, Budgeting, Reporting, Monitoring and controlling the project cost of RO.81M, Construction of 718 villas at Different Location in Quriyat.

1. To work out the Zero cost (project budget) and fix the project profit margin in consultation with top management & HO.
2. Prepare construction schedule (Cl.14 and internal) in primavera P6 by ensuring logical sequencing of activity for optimize the resources utilization and reduce the overheads, also work out the S curve.
