 have been assigned to BP Khazzan Gathering Wells and Export System (GWES) infrastructure project worth US$ 124 Million which consists of the construction of accommodation facilities, including an operational base, a residential complex for 250 personnel and other infrastructure buildings in the Khazzan Gas Field, approximately 350 KM of south west of Muscat, Sultanate of Oman.

• Study Project Scope, Conduct Workshop with Stakeholders and Clarify Project Requirements, Required Documentation, Detail Project Scope, Duration of Project, Identify Require Deliverables, Milestones.
• Develop WBS Directory, Milestones List, Activity List, Activity sequence, Estimate Activity Duration, Resources Directory & Work out detailed Resource Requirement (Manpower, Equipment) based on standard productivity norms.
• Prepare Project Baseline Schedule in coordination with different

Project Controls Manager over the followings departments: Planning (16 planners), Cost Controls (7 persons), Contract Administration (6 persons including QSs), Resource Planning (4 persons), Proposals and JCs estimation (19 persons).
