PCO Electrical Sector Program(Completed 2006), Baghdad, Iraq: As Project Control Engineer for Iraq Power Alliance (joint venture between Parsons Brinckerhoff and Parsons E and C), developed baseline schedules and provided planning and analysis expertise for 444 generation, distribution, and transmission projects throughout Iraq with total budget of $2.4B encompassing more than 17K activities.

Progressed through series of positions with increasing responsibilities based on exemplary performance for Kellogg, Brown, and Root (KBR), working with US Military Command in locations throughout Iraq and orchestrating scheduling for numerous projects valued at hundreds of millions of dollars:

Monitored, analyzed and generated Limited Schedule Reviews and Analysis Reports on multiple construction projects throughout Iraq for the Air Force Center forEnvironmental Excellence (AFCEE) with a total budget of $4.4 billion dollars funded by MNSTC-I/J7 utilizing Primavera P6 and Pert Master v. 8.1 for risk analysis.

• Responsible for creating the schedules for all major works (construction and repair of all type of flowlines, storage tanks, DCS upgrade works, etc) in Rumaila Oil Field Rehabilitation and Expansion Project.
• Responsible for updating the schedule according to the progress and preparing progress reports for Tekfen Construction and Rumaila Operating Organization (ROO) project management teams on weekly basis.
• Responsible for tracking the progress and making necessary warnings to prevent any delays which might affect oil production rates.

Schedule Controller :Prepare schedule for new projects in Northern Iraq and implementing it. Responsible for preparing Daily / Weekly / Monthly reports, take physical progress and update the P3 schedule, based on the progress prepare invoice sheet for the client and subcontractor, monitor productivity, EVMS, CPA, EVA, slippage of activities and reporting to the Project  Manager. Prepare proposal schedules for the upcoming projects.Provide adequate training to nationals in Project Controls.

Fit priorities (WBS) + Prepare master & detailed program up  to level 6 + follow up the site activities, design & engineering activities + updating the program by work to identify critical path + prepare internal report for the "head of engineer & chief executive director" + applying indexes to measure progress.
