Site management, directing and handling the execution of all the construction activities to be in accordance ith the approved  drawings, technical specifications, cost and schedule target plans. Forecasting materials, planning manpower & plants requirements and reporting.

Pre and post project planning, quantity surveying and cost estimate. Monitoring and suervising the Contractor's construction works  to be in accordance with the Ministry of Ashghal / Public Works specifications, design drawings, plans, QA/QC and all related requirements. Progress monitoring and reporting.

Supervising works at site to ensure its compliance with the design drawings, specifications, QA/QC, cost, time schedule, safety and environmental protection requirement. Review and evaluation of the project progress towards achieving objectives and reporting. Participate in the community mobilization meetings, progress development meetings and training selected community members in construction of brick works, management of resources, health education, sanitation and hygiene.

Site supervision to the Contractor's construction works  to ensure its compliance with  the project specifications, Quality assurance / control, aproved shop drawings, test results in addition to  reviewing of the Contractor's materials delivered on site, method statement and monitoring the work progress agaist approved schedule and reporting.

Responsible for the construction supervision by managing and directing the Organization Supervisory teams and adminstrating Contracts and matters related to specifications, time schedule, cost, QA/QC, safety and other related technical issues.

Quamntity surveying- identifying scope, budget estimates, evaluation and monthly payment

Managing tender from biding stage up to award and signing of Contract.

Reporting to Donors and Head Quarter.

 Preparation of project schedule loaded with resources and cost. Monitoring and tracking the project against its baseline schedule. Establish project controls system and monitor progress using the principles of Earned ValueManagement on weekly / monthly basis.

As Project Controls Engineer / Project Controls Engineer,  my job descriptions are the following:

● Provides comments and recommendations for planning, scheduling, and cost control requirements for the EPCC of the Marine Terminal Offshore Facilities - Downstream.

● Checks and reviews contractor’s interim progress certificates, direct payment requests to vendors, work change / variation orders.

● Evaluates and prepares slippage analysis to contractor’s Contract Execution Schedules and advice potential delays to Top Management on the First Oil Delivery date.
