 Project Management : Launching and monitoring of different clients projectsi (creation of scripts, processes, data basesréation des process et des scripts, suivi des bases de, implementation and monitoring CRM)



 Clients Relation : Daily communication with the client, reporting, weekly production comities and monthly piloting comities 

Creation of the overall project schedule with Primavera P6.

Update schedule and review forecast.

Assisting team managers in defining the human resources and equipment needs (concrete batch mixing plants, carrier equipment’s), production forecast.

• Scheduling, monitoring & Co-ordination of project to meet project objectives.
• Generation of Look ahead Reports, Weekly/ Monthly Status reports, schedule/ Cost variance report.
• Working on planning software “Primavera P6, V8.3 for scheduling and report generation.
•  Preparation and issue of monthly/ weekly hours, revenue and cost reports.

• q  Ensure estimating, planning & cost practices are undertaken in accordance with requirements and procedures
• q  Ensures deliverable due dates
• q  Facilitates and provides analyses of all project controls deliverables.
• q  Based on that analyses, ensures that the proper forecasts are applied to schedule and cost reports
• q  Ensures that proper planning and scheduling tools and processes are
