Professionally, I have been involved as a project Architect and design coordinator in a largescale projects in many countries (Egypt, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Nigeria, Ghana, Sierra-Leon, Iraq, K.S.A and A.U.E).
Academically, I have focused on the Architectural competitions in Egypt and I owned a third prize in one of them for the planning of the fishermen area in Alexandria-Egypt.
· Manpower daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
· Material take-off for steel structure and piping.
· Tacking of material receiving and consumption.
· Tracking of project progress and invoicing.
· Tracking of scope changes and extra-work reporting.
· Assist in planning.
· Perform scope management for mechanical discipline through listing mechanical equipment (imported and local fabricated) to comply with contract scope.
· Develop resource driven schedule for steel structure, equipment, piping, insulation, refractory, and painting.
· Assist in developing budget for project disciplines.
• Collects or receives, as directed, drawings and other scope definition documentation that applies to assigned discipline or commodity specialty, and verifies adequacy and completeness• Performs, as directed, routine quantity takeoffs, within discipline or commodity specialty, from engineering and construction drawings.
· Quantity survey for piping discipline.
· Prepare material availability reports for systems to be released for fabrication.
· Develop fabrication and erection schedule.
· Develop progress control sheet to follow up project progress.
· Perform document control for project drawings and documents.
