Technical Office Manager, ACC - FLSMIDTH – ESACO SAE, Arabia Cement Plant

·         Perform scope management for mechanical discipline through listing mechanical equipment (imported and local fabricated) to comply with contract scope.

·         Develop resource driven schedule for steel structure, equipment, piping, insulation, refractory, and painting.

·         Assist in developing budget for project disciplines.

·         Develop task driven schedule for each project’s area for all disciplines.

·         Perform material follow up and re-measure.

·         Tracking and reporting of project progress.

·         Perform cost analysis and cost-profit reporting.
