Working in the Life Sciences and Oil & Gas sectors, my responsibilities are to manager a portfolio of Candidates and Clients within this fields. I also provide search and selection or headhunt services within Life Sciences and Oil & Gas for Global Organisations. Planning of routines and day to day maintenance activities for high hazard COMAH registered chemical plant.

I am a capable Site manager that has worked on a number of projects ranging from small hostel refurbishment £700k  to new build projects involving multi purpose use for social housing up to£25 million across london.

I have worked on the following

London lighthouse creating additional dwellings and kitchen facility

Ada place social housing 34flats and 15 houses which involved cutting into and creating new docking point in the Hackney Canal

Willesden lane Hostel grade 2 listed centre for battered women

Overview

• An experienced Primavera P6 user, have knowledge and experience of Earned Value (EV), cost control and monthly dashboard reporting.
• Planning Engineer, have in-depth knowledge of pre and post contract as well as tender planning of multi disciplined projects.

I was site based full time, performing daily planning duties at this private design and build development for Crest Nicholson consisting of a health & fitness suite, a cinema, restaurants, a multi-storey car park and 200+ residential units, all in post-tensioned RC frames.

There were also two steel frame retail units (mostly shell and core), and extensive Section 278 works.

The challenge on this project was to achieve 20 sectional PC dates.
