Responsible for the setup and onward management of full EVM analysis along with management of the IMS baseline in a fully resourced, networked, event-driven schedule.

I am experienced in Project Controls and Planning in the Energy Sector. I have worked within all levels of project and programme management providing schedule and cost analysis to aid the decision making process.

I am proficient in Primavera P6 scheduling, Resourcing and Costing programmes. I also posses proficient in database development, maintenance and analysis using Excel, Access and SPSS.
