• Coordinating the subcontractors planning, progress tracking and reporting;

I started as lead Planner with Dean and Dyball Civil Engineering / Construction, which partly became Mansell Construction following the Balfour Beatty acquisition of 2008.

Originally, I was Ringwood’s lead planner tendering single- and two stage projects generally in the £1m-£20m range, both negotiated and frameworks.

Tenders and projects generally either used the JCT or NEC3 forms of contract, with occasional use of GC Works 1.

Also in Ringwood, I was a member of the Regional Safety Committee, and was elected a staff representativ
