Fully resource the construction programme with all labour, plant and materials. Critical path analysis and produce mitigation programmes where required to accommodate lost time or change of scope of works. Implementation of compensation events and the effects on the accepted programme and the future costs. Using P6, produce cost curves and future trends of spend. Compile progress reports each month for the client and key milestone reports.  Proficient in the use of P3, P6, CS Project as well as other software

  • Progress/tracking and updating P3e projects by liasing with Project Managers, baselines and variances updating, cost loading, processing change control queries, creating new activities on P3e, interfacing of PEST from Oracle to P3e, copying and pasting of Projects to different EPS nodes in P3e, printing various reports from P3e and loading them to CCMS Document Control system, monitoring project slippage from Corp KPI and Dashboard reports and logging risks and issues on P3e.
