System Wide Lead Planner & P6 Database Administrator

• Manage the P6 Database, setup, security and systems
• Assist Planning management in the development of Programme strategy within P6
• Develop and rollout the Earned Value Analysis strategy
• Report to high level management  meetings justifying

Key achievements include: successful management of the Earned Value Management for the Hawk projects to close out; Management of the Risk & Opportunity and Project Management Reports for the Hawk India project; Training & skills development of Project Planners. Reliance on communication and team working skills across functional project streams was a key attribute to perform these duties successfully.

• Defining the value (cost and business outcome) to be derived from the planned activity set.
• Update manpower requirements in Maximo and align Maximo with Approved schedules.
• Produce accurate data from MMS (Maintenance Management System) and produce quality resource levelled look-ahead plans in Primavera.
• Build integrated execution plans.
• Co-ordinating and prioritizing contractors work.
• Arranging vendors and materials to be mobilised offshore and ensuring activities are executed as per plan.

Planner on various construction projects covering health, leisure, accommodation, office and custodial sectors              

Integration of six projects into the programme portfolio through coordination, planning and scheduling. Training a planner as part of the skills transfer process. Performing 'What If' scenarios looking for the best financial option. Developed and baselined master schedule to support funding from DfT. Supported the development of an exlectronic dashboard reporting. Introduced EVMS. Supported development of programme governance. 

 Prepare and update programmes required by Client to monitor progress of the works.
• Prepare and update programmes necessary for the execution of the works.
• Prepare progress reports for the Clients monthly progress and technical meeting.
• Work closely with Project QS and advise impact to progress and programme of variations instructed buy the Client and delays to sub contract works.
• Assist QS with project cash flow.
• Monitor information flow from Design Team and advise PM of any impact to progress and programmed due to late receipt of information.
