Successful prosecution of a major infrastructure tender for the 2012 London Olympic Games site using P3e to co-ordinate data from multiple disparate joint venture members to produce the final bid programme. The client was EC Harris and the task involved representing the LVU (Lee Valley Utilities) joint venture bid for the design and construction of the London Olympic Park utilities.
