In the role of Project Controller I produced a resource and cost loaded Level 5 tender programme for Package 2 of the London Underground Power Upgrade.

The programme was produced in Primavera P6 and conformed to MPD submission criteria requirements.

I was also asked to represent AMEC regarding the planning of the project to LU at their London headquarters.
