Currently working within the North East bid team developing tender / contract programmes, design and procurement schedules / programmes, site methodology plans, scaffold schedules and initial phasing plans to be included with our tender submissions on a varity of schemes from new build social housing, extra care facilities and high rise refurbishment works.
I worked along side the senior planning manager to develop the initial contract programme to develop a fully logic linked master programme and from this was able to carry out weekly progress reoprting and providing all planning information for monthly reports, produce 3 monthly rolling programmes and trade contractor programmes.
