In the course of my career I have - directed the development of detailed scope descriptions and forecasts of their associated manpower, costs schedule and quality requirements
1. Run projects to implement subsets of Housing Benefits Claims processing for Local Authorities.
2. Run projects to build and implement bespoke products for other clients.
1. Run competitive procurement projects for call-off contracts for IT Goods and Services.
2. Manage the resulting contracts during their lifetime to ensure the represent value for money.
3. Provide an escalation route for any disputes under those contracts.
Construction of a new road tunnel under the River Tyne and refurbishment of the existing tunnel (in 9 months)
