Responsible for the production of cost and resource loaded plans on the Tubelines Limited Station Refurbishment Programme. , monitoring progress against programme throughout the project lifecycle, and producing reports for use by both the project teams and senior management on the current London Underground Station Modernization Programme on the Piccadilly Line.

Input the planning issues into project critical issues risk log.

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Develop the 16-week Rolling Programme at Level 4

• Develop the 5-week Rolling Programme (Work Plan Level 5)

• Provide inputs to the weekly progress report and 4-weekly Period Progress Review Report, including current performance indicators and analysis derived from quantified progress / actual labour hours / actual costs inputted on to the PMP, identifying any significant schedule and costs variances to be explained / further investigated.  Also report on the stat

Site engineering and site management in relation to various major building projects throughout the UK.  Projects include:

·  Preston Law Courts £25 m

·  Halifax Data Centre £9 m

Responsibilities include:

Tender planning, project planning, design management and project management in relation to various civil engineering projects throughout the UK.  Projects include:

M60 Junctions 5 to 8 Widening £100 million (Structures Agent/Project Planning)

A350 Semington to Melksham Diversion (Tender Planner/Design Manager/Project Planning)

M6 Junctions 16 to 19 Communications (Tender Planning)

A5 Nesscliffe Bypass (Tender Planning)

Project Red Dragon RAF repair facility (Tender Planning)
