Provision of all planning related services on a project to demolish an existing building and construct a new building incorporating a retained facade. The completed project will provide mainly commercial office accommodation together with retail space on 3 levels and residential units within a retained portion of the existing buildings.
Project Manager - working on tenders and live construction projects, inlcuding commercial, retail , leisure and industrial projects.
Originally started out as Civil Engineering Site Engineer progressing through to Senior Site Agent then jumping ship to planning department to further career and opportunities. Worked on various projects from large foundations and basements, roads and bridges (8 no), steel works infastructure and plants, sewerage schemes, industrial and commercial buildings and retail/school buildings.
Reviewed and monitored project costs for the Thameslink programme - Key Output 2 (TLP KO2) – London Bridge and supporting projects. Raised change papers as required for Programme Estimate key revisions. Periodic review of TLP KO2 projects with the project teams. Provided advice on Oracle Projects (OP) costs and reporting, creation of OP Project Codes and deal with adhoc programme queries. Oracle Time & Labour (OTL) monitored missing time card reports.
