Responsible for the development and delivery of BMT Hi-Q Sigma's Capability Management Strategy and Plan, continuing to ensure that the company has the staff and process needed to meet it's customers needs.
In addition, deliver of client focussed tasks for both Government and Industry clients.
I worked as a Planning and Resourcing Manager working on a MoD PFI Project in Wiltshire. The value is circa £100m and my work is to programme in detail the area of work I am responsible for. Once converted to a live project upon Financial Close my role will then be to monitor the progress the work with my remit. This will involve monthly reporting to my immediate line manager and also to the team as a whole so as to keep the project focused on target finishing dates throughout the projects duration.

Site planning small to medium sized tender programmes, cost and bonus of site operatives. Many varied projects within the South West of England.
Jen is a project controls manager for the major programmes and infrastructure team at Mace. A qualified civil engineer with over eleven years’ project planning experience. She provides project controls support to senior management through accurate reporting on project progress and providing timely insight to deviations from plan, incorporating requirements of contract requirements, being proactive against claims and instigation of appropriate mitigation plans to deliver on target.
-Prepare a project work breakdown structure and plan / schedule which is capable of delivering the project objectives and providing effective project performance measurement and reporting
-To develop the appropriate quality plan / schedule in line with the project scheduling principles and processes.
-Monitor and progress the plan / schedule and make changes as required. Develop recovery schedules and contingency plans in order to meet changed objectives as necessary.
