Control System Lead Engineer, Plan resources and outage program for control systems delivery, Commissioning Switching Program

As part of the Cross rail expansion projects, Balfour Beatty is responsible for the Design, Build & Commissioning for a section of OLE (Overhead Line Electrification) track between Stockley Bridge Junction & Maidenhead Station. The works consisted of Foundation Piles for the Signals/Masts & Overhead Line Portal Gantries, All Steel Structure Work, SPS (Small Parts Steel) & Wiring (Including ATF) to accommodate increased traffic through this route.

Responsible for the planning requirements of all jobs in the South West region for companies Defence Estates Framework contract with Defence Infrastructure Organisation. Successfully transformed the region into an efficient, controlled and quality focused part of the business that when I left was performing above company standards and regularly winning bids on the back of successful project completions.
